This is truly an achievement by a small nation to host a mega sport event and also being the first nation in the world to host the Youth Olympic. Kudos to the hard working committee for their dedication and reliance to bring the event to Singapore.
This is a proud moment for every Singaporean and all Singaporean should come out in full force to actively participate in the event and support all athletes, our own and also from other nation as besides being competitive, we must also showcase that it is the participation that counts and that we welcome them with open arms. Like the circles in the Olympic logo, interaction and bonding is the name of the game to foster and bring about community spirit amongst people of all nations.
Let the Singapore flag fly high.
