| 1. |
All
advertising contracts are subject to the terms appearing in the
contracts, and to Channel NewsAsia's programme code and advertising
policies. |

| 2. |
All
contracts are non-cancellable by the advertiser or its agency. |
| |
|
| 3. |
All
advertising and programme materials (thereinafter referred to as
the "broadcast materials") submitted to Channel NewsAsia
for broadcasting shall not:
(a)
Infringe the copyright or other rights of any person/firm/company.
(b)
Contain false or unwarranted claims for any product or service and/or
defamatory statements. The advertiser shall submit to Channel NewsAsia,
all cue sheets providing details of all music and/or other materials
synchronised in the said broadcast matter. The advertiser shall
keep Channel NewsAsia indemnified against all claims, legal action,
suits, demands, losses, costs and expenses incurred or suffered
by Channel NewsAsia in respect of the broadcast matter supplied
by the said advertiser to Channel NewsAsia. |

| 4. |
All
bookings must be made at least 5 full working days before the date
of telecast, excluding the day of booking and transmission. |

|
| 5. |
All
bookings accepted by Channel NewsAsia are noncancellable by the advertiser
or its agency. |
| |
|
| 6. |
Sponsorship
entitlements shall take precedence over all spot bookings and spots
with premium positioning. |
| |
|
| 7. |
Any
advertising materials/programmes supplied by the advertiser shall
be delivered to Channel NewsAsia at no charge. All mailing charges
shall be borne by the advertiser. |

|
| 8. |
Channel
NewsAsia reserves the right to refuse to broadcast any advertising
matter or programme submitted by the advertiser without assigning
any reason notwithstanding:
(a)
The acceptance of payment/part payment of the assessed charge.
(b)
That such matter or material has been in part broadcast or that
some instalments or items thereof have been broadcast. In such event,
Channel NewsAsia shall not be liable to refund more than the charge
for the unused airtime. |

| 9. |
Channel
NewsAsia shall not be liable for any interference or failure of broadcast
due to accident, breakdown or partial/non-performance of machinery
for any reasons whatsoever, failure of power, fire, failure of artistes
to appear, strikes, weather conditions, or any frustrating event or
event beyond Channel NewsAsia's reasonable control. |

| 10. |
Payments
for any broadcasting and programme fees shall be by cash in advance.
In the case of an approved account:
(a)
Invoices will be issued on the 15th and the end of each month.
(b)
Invoices will be due 30 days from the end of the month of issue.
(c)
A discount of 1.5% will be given for payments received by Channel
NewsAsia on or before the 15th day of the month following the month
of issue of invoice.
(d)
For payments received from the 16th to the end of the month following
the month of issue of invoice, the discount given will be 1%.
(e)
For payments made after the end of the month following the month
of issue of invoice, a surcharge of 1% per month, will be levied.
(f)
Advertisers and/or its agencies will be billed for delay of or any
non-telecast due to non-receipt of advertising materials. |

| 11. |
Bonus
Recovery: Channel NewsAsia shall recover from the advertiser and/or
agency any overused bonus airtime due to non-fulfilment of the Master
Contract based on the nett amount spent. |

| 12. |
The
rates as indicated in the rate book are exclusive of any applicable
goods and services tax or any value added tax, and taxes and/or duties
or which may from time to time be imposed in accordance with Singapore
law. This tax and/or duty shall be payable by the advertiser and/or
agency in addition to the rates otherwise payable. |

| 13. |
All
payments due to Channel NewsAsia under this contract shall be made,
free of any withholding or other tax. The advertiser or advertising
agency shall pay such additional sum to the relevant authorities as
will enable Channel NewsAsia to receive the full payment due to it
under this contract notwithstanding such withholding or other tax
or duty. |

| 14. |
The
rate card is for information purposes and does not constitute an
offer and Channel NewsAsia reserves the right to having to give,
amend or charge any part of it without prior notice. |
