It is available free of charge and can be downloaded from the Apple App Store through iTunes to be installed on your iPhone or iPod touch running OS3.0 as well as OS2.1. |

3. How do I receive content through the Channel NewsAsia App? |
| |
Using WiFi or 3G connectivity, the Channel NewsAsia App will download the latest content directly to your device. As the Video will be streamed, it is best to use a strong WiFi connection for speedy and smooth delivery. |

4. Does it cost anything to use the Channel NewsAsia App? |
| |
No. The App (application) is free of charge to download. The content is also free. However, you may incur data charges from your service provider if you use your 3G in the absence of a WiFi connection, to download the App or content via the Channel NewsAsia App. |

5. Can I use the Channel NewsAsia App to view the content while I am travelling? |
| |
Yes. However, note that in the absence of a WiFi connection, the App will use network connection on your iPhone to access and download content. Normal network data rates will apply and roaming charges too, if you are travelling overseas. If you download content before travelling you will be able to view some offline content. |

6. Can I use the Channel NewsAsia App to view the content even if I do not have any wireless or
3G connection? |

Yes. However, you will be able to access only offline content from your last download. Some content however that require network connectivity will however be unavailable. |

7. How do I personalise my Channel NewsAsia App? |
| |
The default tab bar is set to Latest News, Singapore, Asia Pacific and Video. To change the settings, select the 'More' menu and then 'Edit'. Once you are in the 'Configure' screen you can drag and drop the section icons onto the lower bar to change the order of items. Tap 'done' to save your selection. |

8. I can't seem to be able to download the Channel NewsAsia App. |
| |
Your device must run on operating system version 3.0 or 2.1. The version of your device can be found by plugging the device into your computer and looking at the appropriate device's Summary page in iTunes. You can also check on your device through Settings -> General -> About -> Version. |

9. I can't seem to be able to watch Videos. |
| |
Videos are best viewed on your iPhone/iPod Touch via a WiFi or strong 3G connection. Depending on the processor power of your iPhone/iPod Touch and speed of the wireless connection in the area, some video clips may load slowly or appear choppy or have sync issues. |

10. Can other devices use the Channel NewsAsia App? |
| |
No. The App works only on the iPhone or iPod Touch (generation1 & 2). It can't be used on other mobile devices. It will not work on any other iPod devices. |
