To receive the BlackBerry Channel NewsAsia App, international users should visit Blackberry App World and enter an email address that is linked to the Blackberry in use. The App will be sent to the email account and should be opened on a Blackberry device to activate the App.
Singapore users may send a Short Message (SMS) with the code bbapp to 75500 to receive the Channel NewsAsia App which must be opened on a Blackberry. |

5. Can I use the Channel NewsAsia App to view the content while I am travelling? |
| |
Yes. However, note that in the absence of a WiFi connection, the App will use the network connection on your BlackBerry to access and download content. Normal network data rates will apply and roaming charges too, if you are travelling overseas. If you download content before travelling you will be able to view some offline content. |

6. Can other devices use the Channel NewsAsia App? |
| |
No. The BlackBerry Channel NewsAsia App works only on the BlackBerry, both touch-screen and scroll-key devices that come installed with OS 4.5 and up. It can't be used on other mobile devices. |
