2. Henna & Yoghurt Hair Conditioning Mask
(Use two to three times weekly)
Ingredients
One teaspoon henna powder
(use only non-colouring henna)
Hot water
Yoghurt
Method
Add hot water to the henna.
Stir and leave for 30 minutes.
Add the yoghurt and mix into a
smooth paste.
Leave aside for 3 to 5 hours.
Application
Wet Hair,
Apply sweet almond oil on hair with
a bit of essential oil.
Apply henna/yoghurt mask to scalp.
Roll up hair with pin of shower cap and leave for half an hour.
Rinse off, (you do not need to put any
more conditioner). |
