| One handwritten and one typewritten copy of
a survey report were found during the search of Ab Wahab bin
Ahmad's house. On 14 Mar 2001, Ja'afar bin Mistooki (detained
in Jan 2002; codenamed "Badar") and Mohammad Aslam
bin Yar Ali Khan (currently detained by the Afghan authorities
in Kabul; codenamed "Syifa" and "Uhud")
drove along the road outside the MINDEF Headquarters at Bukit
Gombak and video-recorded the perimeter of the complex and its
three entrances (at Bukit Timah, Hillview and Phoenix Avenue).
Wahab revealed that Aslam had written the report and had later
passed it to him (Wahab) for safekeeping. |
