| The schedule of a "Recall and Operation
Exercise" conducted by the JI was recovered from Simon
bin Sabtu. The JI conducted these exercises to ensure that members
were operationally ready. One such exercise was held during
the Vesak Day weekend of 2001. The schedule, divided into five
columns, indicates the fiahs (cells) involved, time of activation,
the meeting points and verbal instructions given, the location
of the operation and the stipulated objective(s) of the exercise.
For instance, fiah musa members met at "Sulaiman"'s
house on 5 May 2001 at 2100 hrs where they received verbal instructions
to collect their equipment from "Perling 81". Fiah
musa members were told to go to Pulai for training in abseiling,
compass navigation and trekking. They were also told to rendezvous
at "Sulaiman"'s house again by 1800 hrs the next day
(6 May 2001). |
