Day 8: Singapore finally hits its two-gold target when 32-year-old Simon Chua, won the gold in the welterweight category for bodybuilding.

Chua said that his doing a split gave him an edge over his competitors as well as show that bodybuilders can be flexible.

Making it a double for Singapore was Abdul Halim, who was on top of the competition in the bantamweight division.
