13 Jul 2006: RPC: Condensate Residue Purchase & Sale Agreement With ATC.

RPC/HO-SET/ELICID-0016/06 July 13th, 2006 Subject      Condensate Residue Purchase and Sale Agreement between                     RPC and ATC To               President                     The Stock Exchange of Thailand Rayong Purifier Public Company Limited (RPC) and Aromatic (Thailand) Public Company Limited (ATC) have signed the agreement contract to purchase and sell an additional amount of Condensate Residue (CR) on March 31st.  From the contract, the Company agrees to purchase an additional amount of 4,000-7,500 tons/month of CR, increasing from the current agreement of 48,750 tons/month (12.3 KBD).  The new agreement is now in effect and will last until the end of 2006.  The cooperation between RPC and ATC will help maximize the benefit by utilizing more natural resource from domestics. In addition, the Company and ATC have signed another agreement contract to purchase and sell CR on a spot basis to cope with unexpected surplus amount of CR, up to approximately 8,700 tons/month starting from April 2006 onwards. So far, CR has been awarded to the Company for three times and allows the production to increase from 11KBD, from year 2005 to 1st quarter of 2006, to 15KBD, from April 2006.  This accounts for 36% increasing in productivity. Thus, the Company has been increasing its capacity utilization up to 88.2% of maximum capacity, compared with the past, and able to supply petroleum and chemical products to the market in line with the increasing demand.
