Leg 4 of the 35,000-mile Clipper Race will begin in Fremantle, Western Australia, on 1 January
2008 before heading north for a much anticipated ten-day stop-over at Keppel Bay, Singapore.

Keppel Bay, the cradle of Singapore’s economic prosperity, is part of the new HarbourFront
precinct comprising Sentosa Island with its upcoming Integrated Resort and VivoCity, Singapore’s
largest shopping mall and entertainment hub.

To be completed in the last quarter of 2007, Marina at Keppel Bay will have world-class facilities
which can accommodate almost 200 yachts of various sizes, including five berths for mega yachts
between 100 and 200 feet. The Marina will initially have 75 wet berths. Exclusive marina lifestyle
facilities include a clubhouse, gourmet restaurants, charter services to access neighbouring islands
and more.

Singapore gave a rousing send-off to the 10-strong international Clippers at Keppel Bay in the
Clipper 05-06 Race, graced by Singapore’s Senior Minister, Mr Goh Chok Tong.

"Come January 2008, the Clipper yachts will be warmly welcomed at our spanking new Marina at Keppel Bay, one of Singapore’s most prestigious waterfront addresses. Their timely arrival will add colour and vibrance to this southern waterfront hub which is on the world’s radar screen with the upcoming Sentosa Integrated Resort and our iconic waterfront residences, Caribbean and Reflections at Keppel Bay"

Mr Teo Soon Hoe
Senior Executive Director and Group Finance Director
