It was heart wrenching to see your cortege pass through the streets of Singapore. I can't help feeling grief that a saint has left Singapore despite knowing she has returned to serve the lord. She has carried out her duties with absolute distinctions - serving her family and country. Be at peace Mdm Kwa, Singapore is in good hands now....

Subject: Salute to Mrs Lee

For a lady who was in such a prestigious position, yet who could still be so humble, caring, considerate and passionate, and knowing how to treat other people as equal, without the thoughts of status, I really salute to you, Mrs Lee.

You were great in your silent contributions to Singapore and you are beautiful in all aspects. You truly deserved all our respect and you had made Singaporeans proud !

Thank-you for being the Woman behind the Nation. You will be remembered forever.

Subject: The toughest woman

If I may say MM Lee is the toughest man, the late Mdm Kwa must be the toughest woman in Singapore's history of nation building for over five decades. I wish MM Lee good health and strength during this difficult time.
