Why are there interruptions to the video and audio stream?
There could be many reasons why you may experience slowness or interruptions. Some of the most common reasons:
  1) Your hard disk is full.
Windows uses part of your hard disk to free up the system memory to allow different software applications to run or to make room for software applications that are resource intensive. Therefore, do ensure that you have at least 1GB of free hard disk space in your system.
  2) You are running many different applications simultaneously.
When this happens, your system will be utilising a lot of the resources such as the CPU, system memory, network bandwidth etc for other applications, resulting in jerky streaming video.
  3) Computer system.
You may be using a computer system, which is not optimised for streaming or multimedia applications. For optimum results, it is recommended that you use a computer that complies with the minimum system requirements stated above.
  4) Software Corruption, Virus, Malware etc.
The presence of viruses, malware as well as corrupted software could affect the video streaming.
  5) Bandwidth.
You have limited bandwidth and the player is not able to download the needed data. Switch to lowband if you are currently using highband or make sure you have over 500kbps bandwidth.

Why is the buffering level low (less than 50%) and the video doesn’t play?
This is likely to be caused by network congestion. Make sure you have over 500kbps bandwidth.

Browsers that support Active X will be prompted to download the relevant plug-in and software for the respective player. You will only need to install the ActiveX software component once. Please refer to instructions to install a player.
