Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong delivered his maiden National Day Rally Speech at the University Cultural Centre, National University of Singapore on Sunday, August 22.

In his inaugural speech, PM Lee addressed the issues such as education and the declining birth rate in Singapore.
