4 The crowd greet Prime Minister Goh Chok Tong. This is Mr Goh's last National Day as the Prime Minister, before stepping down on 12 Aug.

"Our Home, Our Strength" by members of the People's Association kicks off the first of three Acts of “dramatic” mass displays. Enjoy the beautiful and colourful mass display depicting a garden city and the descent of Dragonfly dancers from the roof of the grandstand.
7 "Our People, Our Passion" puts the spotlight on Singaporeans and their passion. And not to be missed, the dazzling dance performance by MediaCorp artistes, Vincent Ng and Cynthia Koh, suspended in mid air by a giant 8m diameter balloon.
8 Catch the tap dancing performance by the students from Haig Girls' School as well as the percussionists from Telok Kurau Secondary School and East Spring Secondary School in "Our Future, Our Hope."

Singapore pays tribute to Prime Minister Goh Chok Tong. The spectacular three-and-a-half minute fireworks display and the "Sing Singapore" medley led by our very own Kit Chan make a potent finale.
