KABUL: A suicide attacker targeting a NATO troop convoy in Kabul on Sunday (Aug 10) killed four civilians and wounded at least seven others, Afghan officials said, as emergency services rushed to the scene.

"At around 11.30am (3pm Singapore time), a convoy of foreign forces was targeted by a suicide bomber in police district 6, killing four civilians and wounding seven," interior ministry spokesman Sediq Sediqqi said on his Twitter account. There was no immediate comment from the NATO force.
