Starhill Global REIT has booked a distributable income of S$29.6 million for the second quarter of this year.

SINGAPORE: Starhill Global REIT has booked a distributable income of S$29.6 million for the second quarter of this year - 5 per cent higher than the S$25.6 million in the same period a year ago. That works out to a distribution per unit of 1.25 cents, and, on an annualised basis, a yield of 6.07 per cent.

Starhill Global REIT has interests in Wisma Atria and Ngee Ann City on Orchard Road. It saw stronger numbers from its Singapore operations but these were offset by weaker overseas contributions.
