K-pop boy band 2PM to embark on world tour

K-pop band 2PM’s management agency, JYP Entertainment, announced Monday (Aug 11) that the band will be embarking on a worldwide concert tour.

SEOUL: K-pop band 2PM’s management agency, JYP Entertainment, announced Monday (Aug 11) that the band will be embarking on a worldwide concert tour.

The 2PM World Tour will kick off with two shows in Seoul on Oct 3 as well as Oct 4. They will go on to perform in countries like the US, China, Thailand and Indonesia after their Seoul gigs.

The band will perform songs from their new album, which will be released next month, during their concerts. The upcoming album will be 2PM’s fourth, but will be the first album to feature a song written by the band's lead vocalist Jun. K.

2PM is made up of Jun. K, Nichkhun, Taecyeon, Wooyoung, Junho and Chansung. The group is best known for their songs like Heartbeat, Without U and Hands Up.
