Vivian Hsu gains 7kg, denies pregnancy rumours

Singer-actress Vivian Hsu has denied that she is pregnant but said she hopes to have a son with her husband Sean Lee, who heads a Singapore-based marine logistics company.

TAIPEI: Singer-actress Vivian Hsu denied rumours which claimed she is pregnant, when she met the media at a dinner to celebrate her marriage in Taipei on Wednesday, following her low-key wedding ceremony in Bali in June.

Hsu explained that her belly looked large because she had gained seven kilograms since she married Lee, as her husband, who heads a Singapore-based marine logistics company, had brought her around Singapore to eat all the local delicacies.

However, the 39-year-old singer-actress said she hopes to have children one day.

“I hope to have a son!” said Hsu, pointing out that her husband already has two daughters from a previous marriage.

Things seem to be going well for the actress. Hsu revealed that she now lives in Singapore with her in-laws and said her mother-in-law dotes on her, while her stepdaughters get along well with her and call her “V Mum”.
