Deputy Prime Minister Teo Chee Hean will make an official visit to Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates from Wednesday to Sunday.
SINGAPORE: Deputy Prime Minister Teo Chee Hean will make an official visit to Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates from Wednesday to Sunday.
The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) said the visit will reaffirm and strengthen the warm bilateral relations between Singapore and UAE.
Mr Teo, who is also the Coordinating Minister for National Security and Minister for Home Affairs, is expected to meet the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, Sheikh Mohammed Zayed Al Nahyan.
He will also meet the National Security Advisor and Vice-Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council, Sheikh Hazza Zayed Al Nahyan, and Deputy Prime Minister and
Minister of the Interior, Sheikh Saif Zayed Al Nahyan and other Emirati leaders.
MHA said Mr Teo will discuss matters of mutual interest, including developments in the Middle East.
He will also participate in the TOTAL International Advisory Committee meeting.
Mr Teo will be accompanied by senior officials from MHA.
