MediaCorp's loyalty programme MEclub has won the Gold award for Best Use of Loyalty Related Technology at the Loyalty & Engagement Awards 2013.
SINGAPORE: MediaCorp's loyalty programme MEclub has won the Gold award for Best Use of Loyalty Related Technology at the Loyalty & Engagement Awards 2013.
In a statement, MediaCorp's head of strategic marketing Patrick Yong said: "MEclub is proud to have won, and this award is recognition of our innovative efforts to bring star-studded rewards via technology and new media to our members."
"In the IT-savvy era, the team utilises the best of technology to enhance the customer loyalty experience and harness their insights to improve our offerings.”
The awards recognise the efforts of consumer-centric marketers, and are organised by Marketing Magazine.
The winners this year were announced at a gala dinner held on Thursday night.
Since its inception a year ago, MEclub has tripled its member base and garnered over 50,000 downloads of its loyalty mobile app, said the statement.
