Mr Lee is adviser to Teck Ghee's grassroots organisations and is also its Member of Parliament.
The annual event is organised by the Teck Ghee Citizens' Consultative Committee and funded by private donors.
The event took place under a tent set up near the Teck Ghee Community Club.
As Mr Lee made his rounds to all 35 tables where the recipients were seated, grassroots volunteers served a breakfast of rice porridge, fried beehoon, fish cakes, otah and chwee kueh to the tune of festive Chinese New Year songs.
Mr Lee also visited shoppers and stallholders around Teck Ghee market which was bustling with the Sunday breakfast crowd.
