Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong will make a working visit to Tokyo, Japan from Wednesday to Friday.
SINGAPORE: Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong will make a working visit to Tokyo, Japan from Wednesday to Friday.
He will be attending the International Conference on "The Future of Asia" organised by Nikkei Inc and the Japan Centre for Economic Research.
During his visit, Mr Lee will meet senior Japanese government officials and business leaders.
He will also deliver a keynote address on "Rising Asia - Messages for the Next 20 Years" to mark the 20th anniversary of the Nikkei International Conference.
Mr Lee will be accompanied by his wife and officials from the Prime Minister's Office and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
During his absence, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Home Affairs Teo Chee Hean will be the Acting Prime Minister.
