Singapore and Jordan welcome strong bilateral ties

King Abdullah II Ibn Al Hussein of Jordan, who is on a two-day state visit to Singapore, was hosted to lunch by Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong on Tuesday.

SINGAPORE: Leaders from Singapore and Jordan have welcomed the strong bilateral ties between the two countries.

King Abdullah II Ibn Al Hussein of Jordan, who is on a two-day state visit to Singapore, was hosted to lunch by Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong on Tuesday.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) said King Abdullah II gave Mr Lee an update of developments in Jordan.

They had a useful exchange of views on regional developments in the Middle East and Asia.

MFA said King Abdullah II also visited the Civil Service College (CSC) where he was briefed on the leadership development programmes and the role of the CSC in training public service officers.
