SINGAPORE: Some internet services are still down, three days after Wednesday’s fire at the SingTel Bukit Panjang Exchange.
SingTel's Facebook page on Saturday saw many comments from those still affected by the disruption to services.
The telco said it still needs to fix some fibre cables to restore internet services.
SingTel is also sending dongles to some customers to help them log on to the internet.
Some StarHub customers are also affected.
The telco said it is offering them cable modems to help them access the internet.
StarHub said as at 7pm on Saturday, more than 400 of its customers in Bukit Panjang, Choa Chu Kang and Woodlands are still facing problems with their fibre broadband connections, and it is working with SingTel to restore the services as soon as possible.
