SINGAPORE: StarHub's cable TV service was disrupted on Saturday morning.
On its Facebook page at 1am, StarHub said the disruption affected some customers.
StarHub's Chief Technology Officer Mr Mock Pak Lum said some customers were unable to access its cable TV service temporarily due to a power supply issue at one of its network operation locations in Ayer Rajah.
By 2am, StarHub said it had restored most of its cable TV channels.
The remaining few channels were restored by 5.30am.
Mr Mock confirmed that StarHub's cable broadband service remained unaffected by the power supply issue.
He said StarHub is looking into a small number of isolated cases where customers faced temporary difficulty in using the cable broadband service.
MediaCorp's programmes on StarHub cable TV service were interrupted at 12.45am but MediaCorp's Free-to-Air channels and cable operator SingTel Mio TV service were not affected.
