The five teenagers accused of vandalising the roof of a 22-storey HDB block in Toa Payoh are out on bail. They were offered bail of S$12,000 each on Friday morning.
SINGAPORE: The five teenagers accused of vandalising the roof of a 22-storey HDB block in Toa Payoh are out on bail. They were offered bail of S$12,000 each on Friday morning.
Reagan Tan Chang Zhi, Chay Nam Shen, Boaz Koh Wen Jie, Goh Rong Liang and David William Graaskov -- all 17 years old -- also face additional charges.
Tan now faces nine charges, Chay -- nine, Koh -- 10, Goh -- five and Graaskov -- six.
They are accused of entering the secured rooftop of Block 85A Lorong 4 Toa Payoh, by climbing over a wall just before midnight on May 6, and of using stolen indelible paint to spray-paint graffiti on the walls.
They are also believed to have trespassed on the area on other occasions between end April and early May.
The teenagers face various other charges, including criminal trespass on the premises of Marina Bay Suites at Marina Boulevard, and at a construction site at 17 Jalan Rajah. They may face additional charges pending forensic investigations on digital devices seized.
A curfew from 10pm to 6am has been imposed on the teenagers.
Their case will be mentioned next on June 27.
