Commonwealth Games: Singapore gymnast in men’s all-around final

Singapore have fielded a participant in the Commonwealth Games men’s all-around final for the first time.

GLASGOW: Singapore have fielded a participant in the Commonwealth Games men’s all-around final for the first time. Gabriel Gan, 28, was up against stiff competition in the field of 24.

For the all-around competition, gymnasts compete across six apparatus (floor, pommel horse, parallel bars, horizontal bars, vault and rings). Gan is currently in 16th spot with a score of 61.748 pts after finishing five of the apparatus. The Singaporean next competes in the pommel horse finals on Friday (August 1).
