The inaugural World Club 10s rugby tournament will be aired on MediaCorp's television channel okto and its interactive platform Toggle.
SINGAPORE: Viewers in Singapore can look forward to enjoying top-notch international rugby action for free. MediaCorp announced on Wednesday (June 4) that it will be the official host broadcaster for the inaugural World Club 10s.
The rugby tournament, involving eight elite professional clubs from around the world, is the first sports event to kick off at the new 55,000-seater National Stadium on June 21. Confirmed participants include the Brumbies from Australia, the Dragons from the Asia-Pacific region, France's Biarritz Olympique and Welsh team, the Cardiff Blues.
MediaCorp will provide live coverage of the two-day event on its television channel okto and interactive platform Toggle.
Telecast times are as follows:
- June 21 (Saturday) - 5pm to 7pm
- June 22(Sunday) - 1.30pm to 3.30pm; 4.30pm to 6.45pm.
Toggle users can access four additional knockout matches on Sunday morning.
