EU's Tusk re-elected despite Polish opposition

Leaders of the European Union have re-appointed former Polish prime minister Donald Tusk as president of the European Council. 27 out of the 28 EU heads of state and government voted him back in, but the government of his native Poland has strongly opposed his re-election. Our Europe correspondent Jack Parrock reports.
