You will receive one news alert a day, at around 6pm. You will not receive any alerts on weekends and public holidays, unless there is a breaking news story.

Will M1 and Starhub users be able to subscribe to this service?
No. This service is only open to Postpaid SingTel Mobile customers.

From the SMS news alert, will I be given the option to read the full news report?
No, however the news article will be available on Teletext and www.channelnewsasia.com.

If I subscribe to more than one category, for example Singapore and Business News, is there a possibility that I will receive the same SMS for both categories?
No. All the news alerts sent will be different.

Upon registration, how long does it take for the service to be activated?
The service will be activated immediately upon registration.

Who do I inform if I change my mobile phone number?
Please call SingTel's customer service hotline at 1626 and the operators will make the necessary changes for you.
