McLaren's Hamilton takes the checkered flag at Singapore Grand Prix

Defending Formula One Champion Lewis Hamilton was looking to redeem himself in Singapore after crashing out in the final lap at the last race in Monza, and he certainly did.

The McLaren driver drove a flawless race from pole to finish to win the Singapore Grand Prix. He finished third in Singapore last year.

Toyota's Timo Glock finished second and Renault's Fernando Alonso, the winner of last year's race, took the last spot on the podium.
