Eighty per cent of athletes to be within 20 minutes of their
events. Venues include Wimbledon, Lord's cricket ground and
Wembley.
Strengths: England's successful staging of Manchester's
2002 Commonwealth Games. Athletes' village is closest to main

probe by the IOC.
