Cheryl Fox presents the news and fronts the highly successful current affairs programme, Get Rea!, a reality-based series which examines social issues. She also presents the news on Channel NewsAsia’s Newsday and weekend programmes.

Since 1999 when Cheryl joined MediaCorp’s News Division, which operates Channel NewsAsia, she has taken on a myriad of roles from programme acquisition to producing and presenting. She presented the morning show, Primetime Morning and was also the face of Singapore news, presenting the highly rated Singapore Tonight for several years before moving on to do hard hitting social issues in Get Rea!.

Aside from the news, Cheryl also presents a spectrum of lifestyle and current affairs programmes from sports to travel, food and health. Her versatility has seen her hosting Singapore’s Brainiest, a top-rated English-language quiz show.

Cheryl has a degree in Mass Communications from Monash University, Australia.

She says about her work, “If I’m able to make a difference in people’s lives by doing what I love, then there’s no other way I’d like to live.”

Aside from news, Cheryl's passions are wake-boarding, music, travel, and cooking.
