Timothy Go presents Channel NewsAsia’s line-up of daily news bulletins, World Today and Asia Today and also Singapore Business Tonight. He is also the host and producer of That's IT, a weekly digital lifestyle programme, which has given him the opportunity to meet many of technology's leading names like Microsoft's Steve Ballmer and Nokia's Olli-Pekka Kallasvuo. Timothy also spent a year in Hong Kong, from where he co-anchored Primetime News. He has also presented the channel’s morning show, Primetime Morning.

Prior to joining the channel in 2001, Tim worked as a producer for the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation. He also served as an anchor and general assignments reporter on CKWX-News1130, an all-news radio station in Vancouver.

Tim attended Simon Fraser University and British Columbia Institute of Technology in Canada, majoring in broadcast communications and journalism. He also took up Public Relations programmes at the University of Victoria, BC. and Criminology and Law at Kwantlen College, Vancouver.

Away from work, Tim loves to eat and experiment with whatever he can find in his kitchen. He says “Eating is the purest form of relaxation and indulgence; it's really what I do best." He would like to produce and present a show on cooking, food, travel and trends, and to interview political personalities on their preferences in the kitchen and find out how these relate to their everyday decisions.
