Anna Jacob graduated with a bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and a master's degree in Food Service Management and Dietetics from the Women's Christian College, Madras University, India.
She is a founding partner and Director of Food and Nutrition Specialists Pte Ltd, a private nutrition consulting company, and she has more than 15 years' experience in the field of nutrition and dietetics. A registered member of the Singapore Nutrition and Dietetic Association (SNDA), Anna was a past president of the SNDA and editor of the SNDA journal.
Anna provides a range of nutritional consultation services to individuals, corporate clients, food industry, government agencies, research institutions, hospitals, health care institutions and nursing homes.
She also has extensive expertise in the development of nutrition education materials for organizations, the development and facilitation of research projects for government and private food organizations, and the development of text and creative nutrition concepts for print and audio/video media.
Anna is an excellent cook and she has many clients develop healthier and tasty recipes. She also conducts recipe analysis as well as food styling for their clients.
In the course of her work, Anna has frequently been interviewed on television, radio and in the print media. |
