Apple Sandwich (217 Calories)
Serves 1

Ingredients:

   
     

2 slices wholemeal bread with crusts (80g)
1 ½ to 2 tsp salted butter or margarine
1 apple (peeled and sliced) (around 100g)

 

     

Method:

Spread the butter on both slices of bread (the butter should be soft).

Top 1 buttered slice with the apple slices. Put the other slice on top and press the piece of bread down to secure the apple slices.

Cut diagonally into 2 pieces.
