Berry Banana Smoothie (1100 Calories)
Serves 2

Ingredients:

   
     

1 cup frozen strawberries
2 ripe bananas
1 cup low-fat yoghurt
1 cup low-fat milk
¼ cup grape juice
2 teaspoons honey

 

     

Method:

Blend all ingredients for about 1 minute, pour into serving glass.

 

 
 

 

Dr Dinz says:

This smoothie is good as a breakfast or as a snack in between meals.

It is recommended for those with blood type B because this is one of the blood groups that can take dairy products.
