Bircher-Muesli Recipe (800 Calories)
Serves 2-3

Ingredients:

   
     

1 apple (chopped)
1 orange (chopped)
1 cup honey dew (chopped)
1 banana (sliced)
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup oats
1 cup non-fat fruit yogurt (or non-fat milk or soy-milk)
2 tblsp pumpkin seed

 

     

Method:

Simply mix all ingredients together.

 

 

 
 

 

Dr Dinz says:

Bananas are used to move your bowels while raisins are known to improve how the brain functions.

You can change apples to pears and if you'd like, you can replace yoghurt with soya milk.
