Carrot Cucumber Apple Smoothie (250 Calories)
Serves 4-6

Ingredients:

   
     

4 carrots
1 cucumber
1 apple
½ cup rice milk
Honey to taste
Several ice cubes

 

     

Method:

Cut off ends on carrots

Peel the cucumber and cut the apple (leave skin on but remove the seeds)

Add honey, ice and blend all ingredients together for about a minute.

This recipe is good for those with blood type A because this group is best suited to become vegetarians.

Carrots and apples are good sources of vitamins, especially vitamins A and C.

When you're buying rice milk, check the ingredients and make sure that there's no gluten. This is especially important if you're allergic to wheat.
