Egg Tomato Sandwich (229 Calories)
Serves 1

Ingredients:

   
     

1 egg (hard-boiled)
1 tsp tomato paste
1/8 tsp sea salt
1/8 tsp (or more) of Thai seasoning herbs, medium
Pepper
2 slices of whole grain bread

 

     

Method:

Mash egg and tomato paste together.

Add sea salt, Thai seasoning herbs and pepper, mix well.

Toast 2 slices of whole grain bread and place the mixture in between the toasted bread.
