¼ banana
1 piece of papaya
1- 2 tsp blueberries

Giselle says:

Oats are high in fibre and can remove cholesterol from your digestive tract and arteries. They're also good for hypoglycemics because as complex carbohydrates, oats would allow the body to release glucose into the bloodstream steadily and so maintain stable blood sugar levels.

Nuts like almonds and sunflower seeds are rich in omega 3 fatty acids.

Instead of rice milk, you can also use soya milk.

Apples and papayas are good for digestion.

Bananas are high in potassium and Vitamin C.

Grapes can combat toxins and increase energy.

Blueberries are an excellent source of fiber and they're also high in Magnesium and Vitamin A.
