Fruit Salad (760 Calories)
Serves 3

Ingredients:

   
     

2 apples
1 pear
1 cup honey dew
2-3 stalks of celery
4 tblsp pumpkin seed
2 cups plain yogurt

 

     

Method:

Chop the apples, pear and celery and mix all the ingredients together.

Breakfast should consist of fruits to support your digestive system.

Red apples are good for your heart.

Celery is used because it's high in fibre and will help bowel movements.
