Kiwi Blueberry Yoghurt (229 Calories)
Serves 1

Ingredients:

   
     

½ cup silken tofu (soft)
½ cup fresh blueberries
1 ½ kiwi fruit
1 tsp lime juice
1 – 2 tsp. honey (optional)
A few drops of vanilla extract or cinnamon powder

 

     

Method:

Combine everything in a blender for about 10 seconds.

Put the mixture in a bowl and add the rest of the fruits on top.
