Morning Shake (280.5 Calories)
Serves 1

Ingredients:

   
     

1½ cup orange juice
¾ cup pineapple juice
1 banana
½ cup frozen raspberries or strawberries
1 tsp grind flaxseed

 

     

Method:

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend for 30 to 45 sec.

This recipe is suitable for those of blood type B because of the four blood types, blood type B is the one that can take a large variety of food.

Try use freshly-squeezed orange juice to get the maximum amount of vitamin C.

Berries are used because they contain iron, potassium and vitamins A and C.

Flaxseed is great for digestion and contains omega-3 fatty acids which are good for your heart.
