Nut & Fruit Salad (835 Calories)
Serves 2

Ingredients:

   
     

¼ cup walnut, chopped
¼ cup unsalted pumpkin seeds, shelled
¼ cup dried or fresh prunes
¼ cup raisins
¼ cup honey


 

     

Method:

Mix everything together in a bowl.

Honey is used because it can help improve the digestive system.

Pumpkin seeds and almond nuts are high in protein while the prunes and mixed fruit will increase your intake of fibre.

This salad is especially suitable for those with blood type O.
