Pauline
Chan graduated with a bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the Chinese
University of Hong Kong and a master's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics
from New York University, USA. She is a trained nutritionist and
a registered dietitian with the American Dietetic Association. Pauline
is a partner of Food and Nutrition Specialists Pte Ltd, a private
nutrition consultancy.
Pauline provides a range of nutritional consultation
services to individuals, corporate clients, food industry, government
agencies, research institutions, hospitals, health care institutions
and nursing homes.
She also has extensive expertise in the development
of nutrition education materials for organizations, the development
and facilitation of research projects for government and private
food organizations, and the development of text and creative nutrition
concepts for print and audio/video media.
Pauline is an excellent cook and she has helped many
clients develop healthier and tasty recipes. She also conducts recipe
analysis as well as food styling for her clients.
