Power Smoothie
Serves 1

Ingredients:

   
     

½ cup fresh pineapple (cubed)
¼ cup frozen strawberries
¼ cup apple juice
¼ cup soy milk
½ cup sweet bean curd

 

     

Method:

Put everything in a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into serving glass.

This drink is recommended for those with blood type A because it uses only the ingredients listed under this blood type by the blood type theory.

Pineapples are good for your digestive system while soya milk and bean curd are high in protein.

Add apple juice for some flavour.
