Method:
Mix the bananas with the peanut butter and raisins. Keep aside.
Beat the eggs well till frothy.
Heat a frying pan, add the oil and when it is hot, add the eggs and twirl the pan around so that the eggs cover the bottom of the pan. Stir the egg mixture around a little to ensure even cooking.
When the egg is still runny, put the banana mixture on the omelette and stir the mixture ensuring that they well blended. Continue frying for a further 1 minute.
Scoop out the scrambled eggs and serve with strawberries.
