Tofu Salad (90 Calories)
Serves 1

Ingredients:

   
     

½ cup Japanese sweet soy sauce
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
3 tablespoons cup lemon juice
3 tablespoons fresh oregano leaves, chopped finely
1 square silken tofu, drained and cut into cubes

 

     

Method:

Combine soya sauce, lemon juice and oregano leaves to make marinade. Mix well.

Put tofu cubes in a flat plate and pour marinage over.

Sprinkle chopped garlic and serve.

Tofu salad is good for thsoe with blood type AB.

The blood diet for blood type AB is a mixture of both blood types A and B.

Tofu is very high in protein and is a good alternative to meat.
