Reinhard Roithner, originally from Austria but now a naturalised Australian, has been appointed Executive Chef at The Sentosa Resort and Spa.
A veteran in kitchen management, Reinhard joins from Tianjin, China where he was Director of Education at the Blue Mountain Management School, a leading Australian culinary institute.
Having worked in 16 countries with well-known international luxury hotel companies, Reinhard has good understanding of the tastes and styles of each culture. Reinhard's many achievements include involvement in the Sydney Olympics 2000. He also represented Australia in the Frankfurt Culinary Olympics.
The Academy of Culinary Arts counts Reinhard as one of its exclusive 450 members worldwide. To keep fit and balance his diet of fine foods, Reinhard runs 8 kilometers daily. |
